  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging, if possible

What Is Not Eligible

To protect product quality for all customers, we’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items without original tags

  • Final sale / clearance products

Exchange First, Because It’s Faster

In most cases, we recommend an exchange instead of a refund, especially for size-related issues.

This helps you get the right piece faster without waiting through a full refund cycle.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds are processed in one of the following ways:

  • Original Payment Method (for eligible cases such as wrong or defective items)

Reverse Pickup Support

We try our best to provide reverse pickup wherever available.

If pickup is not available in your location, we’ll guide you through a simple self-shipping process.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item reaches us:

  • Inspection usually takes 2–3 working days

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

If You Received a Damaged or Wrong Product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Parcel images

  • Unboxing video (if available)
